We are actively recruiting for the following positions:

Teachers:
Plan, create and deliver an early childhood education program inspired by the Montessori philosophy. Individualize instruction for children’s cognitive, language, motor, social, and emotional development. Partner with parents as their child’s first teacher. Use data-informed practices to ensure children achieve their potential.

Teacher Assistants:
Support teacher with providing Montessori-inspired classroom instruction focusing on supporting children’s growth and development. Assist with creating an engaging, positive, and healthy learning environment.

On-call Substitutes
Assist with delivering a developmentally appropriate early care and education program in infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms.

Minimum qualifications required

Preschool Teacher:
Associates or bachelor’s degree in ECE or AA/BA in any field plus 5 ECE classes (101, 102, 103, 220, and 238)

Infant Teacher / Toddler Teacher:
CDA or equivalent (equivalent = 3 ECE classes including 111 and 112 plus one more)
or
Center Director Certificate (including ECE 111)

Teacher Assistant:
CDA or equivalent (equivalent = 3 ECE classes including 101, 103, 238)

Staff Aide:
High School or GED. Experience working with young children preferred.

On-Call Substitute Teacher:
Qualified as an Early Childhood Teacher (completed 101 or 103 and another ECE class) preferred.

Bilingual a Plus!
